Welcome to Darra Oxley Pony Club

Darra Oxley Pony Club (DOPC) was founded in the 1950s and is a community club providing horse riding to the community of all age groups and backgrounds. DOPC joined the pony club association of Qld (PCAQ) in the mid 1960s. DOPC is the only community horse riding sporting group within our area. Its an affordable opportunity for city, suburban and local individuals to learn and improve their horse-riding and horsemanship skills, which are increasingly harder to find close to the city. DOPC is also an essential part of the small network of pony clubs (17) in Brisbane city zone 1 which are affiliated with the PCAQ.

We aim to have leading equestrian facilities and offer clinics, events, musters and training in a safe regulated space.
